Three experiences

Pick one station, or two

Each creates a different feel in the room. Most corporate groups pair two.

Charm Bar

A build-your-own station. Guests choose a chain or bracelet, then pick charms to make it their own. It is browsing and choosing, so people drift over, take their time, and come back for a second look.

Engraving Bar

Guests tell us what they want engraved, a name, a word, a date, and go back to their drink. We engrave while they mingle and they swing by to collect it. Nobody stands and waits, and it is where your branding lives.

Permanent Jewelry

A chain measured and welded onto the wrist with no clasp, so it stays on. It is more of a moment. Guests watch each other get welded and it becomes the thing people photograph and talk about afterward.

Our favorite pairing is the Engraving Bar with Permanent Jewelry. The engraving carries your branding and keeps everyone moving; the welding gives the room its moment.

What that looks like25 guests: $1,375 for one station or $1,875 for two. 30 guests: $1,650 or $2,250. Add travel where it applies, and sales tax is itemized where required.

Fifty percent holds your date and the balance is due the week of the event. We invoice through Square, or through your AP process if that is easier than paying by card. Bachelorettes, birthdays and smaller celebrations start at 6 guests.

Brands & teams

Your logo, engraved live

We engrave your logo onto the pieces. Send a vector file, an .svg, .ai or .eps, and we reproduce it cleanly; a high-resolution PNG usually works too. Your logo on one side and the guest's name or initials on the other, engraved while they watch, is the version people keep.

We can also pull your brand colors into the charm selection and the packaging the pieces go home in. Send your brand guidelines and we will build two or three mockups for you to choose from before anything is locked in.

Not running an event? We also produce bulk engraved gifting, 50 to 500 pieces, personalized and shipped, for onboarding, client thank-yous and holiday gifts. Use the form below and tell us your quantity and deadline.

Logistics

You do not need to provide anything

We bring
Tables, linens, chairs, lighting and power. For groups of 20 or more, two of us work the room.
We need
A footprint of roughly 8 by 4 feet, ideally near a wall and out of the path between the bar and the food.
Setup time
60 minutes before guests arrive, about 30 minutes to break down.
Travel
Included within 20 miles of Fairfax. A flat $150 for the Annapolis and Baltimore area; quoted beyond.
Deposit
50% holds your date. Balance due the week of the event.
Invoicing
Square invoice or your AP process. W-9 on request. Sales tax itemized where required.
